Review:
We saw an advanced screening of 22 September. I thought it would be another of those cheesy, campy, not really believable, warm fuzzy, type of underdog / rags to riches movies. I was really surprised. It was a great plot twists and turns, it was a real plot. And although, yes, there is some language sprinkled throughout, it made for a good family movie for older children, 10 + (in my opinion). The end was not quite what I expected, but looking back I think I liked it better. Who wants to end they can see the entire movie in the future? It was a great comedy moments. Relations between the actors felt genuine and not overdone or forced. The robot animatronics was good. The robots themselves were fun and inventive and definitely made me want to really had this sport. I would be so there!
